Good quality product, wakes you up gently, great for the long nights / short days over UK winter.

This wake-up lamp alarm clock has transformed my mornings! The gradual sunrise simulation wakes me up gently and helps me start the day feeling refreshed. The variety of colors and sounds allows me to customize my wake-up experience. The FM radio is a bonus, and the USB power feature makes it super convenient.

We much prefer it to go to sleep with and it very calming. We fall asleep faster. Waking up doesn't work as well when you have different schedules however it does have two alarm functions. Wake up doesn't work as well in the summer because its alright light outside before the clock starts to wake you.
